About Sky Valley Country Club

Sky Valley Country Club is a member owned club governed by a Board of Directors.  In order to serve on the Board of Directors, you must hold a Founders Membership.

The 13,000 square foot Clubhouse opened June 1, 2013.  Enter the Clubhouse and you will be greeted by the rustic elegance that it radiates with its natural stone floor to ceiling fireplace and glass window walls, exposed beams and hardwood floors. It's architecture is stunning and its adjacent outdoor terrace allows our guests to enjoy the same dining room food and beverage service while taking in our beautiful views in a comfortable, casual setting.  In season, the Clubhouse serves lunch Tuesdays through Saturday from 11 AM - 3PM.  Dinner service is available Wednesday through Saturday from 5:30 PM - 8:00 PM. Special private parties are also available in the Lakeside Private Dining Room.

As the Farm-to-Table Capitol of Georgia, Rabun County's abundant harvests guarantee seasonal fresh ingredients prepared by Chef Josh Martin under the Supervision of our Food and Beverage Director, Scott Farrell. You can be assured that each dish prepared offers scrumptious cuisine. Be sure to stop at the bar or ask your wait staff what craft beers, and signature mocktails or cocktails are being offered. We think you'll enjoy what's on tap as well. Regardless of what you order, you will be charmed by the service, welcomed by our members and return often with family and friends.

The calendar is always full of special events and our members take advantage of the Clubhouse's versatility to accommodate their desire to have a great time.  A weekly newsletter, Keeping You in the Loop is emailed to our membership so you can keep abreast each week's offerings.   As a member, you  You can always check the website to view each month's calendar.  Although most admission requires a private social membership, seasonally the Club joins in to celebrate special events that are jointly held by the Sky Valley community. Other Clubs, Organizations, Corporate Groups and all things Wedding for the Happy Couple also fill our calendar.

The community of Sky Valley is located between Clayton, Georgia and Highlands, North Carolina, surrounded by the Nantahala National Forest. Sky Valley has 500 single family homes and 300 condominiums spread across 2,400 acres of pristine mountain terrain. Elevations range from 3,200 to 4,200 feet.
